サウンドオブミュージックの挿入歌。
ジュリーアンドリュースのマリアが嵐の夜に子どもたちを寝かしつけるときに歌った曲です。

何気なく観ており、あまり印象に残っていなかったのですけど、ジャズのスタンダードナンバーになっているとか、JR東海の観光キャンペーン「そうだ 京都、行こう」のCMソングとして使用されているのですね。
改めてYouTubeでそのCMを観てみますと、確かに、このメロディ。

なんで急にこの曲を、と思い立ったのは、来月、港区の介護予防施設でのラウンジコンサートを予定しておりまして、ピアニストさんからリクエストが。「知らんぞ」と思ったのですけど、ググりましたら、結構いい曲なんで、ウチのレパートリーに加えました。
